Il Tribunale dei Diritti Umani di Strasburgo accetta il ricorso di Luigi Cascioli:STRASBURGO - Il ricorso di Luigi Cascioli, promotore di una denuncia contro la Chiesa, nella persona di don Enrico Righi, è stato accettato dalla commissione esaminatrice del Tribunale dei Diritti dell’Uomo, protocollato sotto: CASE N° 14910/06 Cascioli v ITALY. Der Historiker Cascioli hatte in Italien den Priester Don Enrico Righi stellvertrend für die katholische Kirche wegen Verbreitung von Unwahrheiten verklagt. Diese Klage war in Italien in allen Instanzen abgwiesen worden. Dagegen wendet er sich nun mit der Klage vor dem Europäischen Gerichtshof . Grundlage ist die Streitschrift des Klägers "Das Märchen Christi - Der unwiderlegliche Beweis der Nichtexistenz Christi", in der er sich eingehend mit den historischen Aspekten der Bibel befasst, und in der er die Behauptung aufstellt, dass es Christus nicht gegeben habe.
